Crypto Assets Are Not Legal Tender
Crypto assets such as USDT are not legal tender in India. Their use depends on platform availability, network conditions and applicable law.

Platform and Custody Risk
Balances held in the IndX wallet depend on IndX’s security and operations. They are not bank deposits and are not covered by deposit insurance.
Regulatory Risk
Rules for virtual digital assets and service providers can change. Services may be limited or delayed to meet compliance obligations.
Tax Obligations
Selling or converting virtual digital assets may create tax obligations, including TDS where applicable. This is not tax advice — consult a qualified professional.
No Investment Advice
IndX does not provide investment, legal or tax advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.
