Security at IndX
IndX protects accounts with controls on login, withdrawals and deposits. No platform can remove all risk, and crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so this page also covers what you can do to protect yourself.
Account Protection
- Secure login to the IndX app with credentials you control
- Encrypted sessions for account access
- Review workflows for deposits and bank withdrawals
Wallet and Custody Controls
The IndX wallet is custodial: IndX holds keys on your behalf for balances in the app. Do not treat platform balances as bank deposits. Prefer withdrawing to a wallet you control if you want self-custody.
Withdrawal Protections
- Network-specific addresses so TRC20 and BEP20 never mix
- Manual or automated review for withdrawals when risk signals appear
- INR payouts only to a verified bank account in your name
Transaction Monitoring and AML
IndX may screen deposits and withdrawals for links to fraud or sanctioned activity. This can delay some transactions while they are reviewed.
Data Protection
Personal data is handled under our privacy policy. Prefer HTTPS only on the official domain.
What You Are Responsible For
- Keep your password, OTPs and any 2FA codes private
- Check the network and address before every withdrawal
- Only use the official domain: indxexchange.com.in
- Only install the app from channels IndX publishes — not APK files from chats
Official Channels and Impersonation Warning
IndX will never ask for your password, OTP or recovery phrase, never ask you to send USDT to “verify” your account, and never promise returns. Common scams: USDT scams in India.
