IndX supports USDT on TRC20 (Tron) and BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain). These networks do not talk to each other. Sending on the wrong network can mean permanent loss.
TRC20 addresses commonly start with T. BEP20 addresses commonly start with 0x. Always copy the deposit address from the IndX app for the network you selected.
Choose the network your sending wallet actually holds. Fees and confirmation times differ by network and congestion. Start with a small test amount if you are new.
