IndX Exchange Fees
Every fee IndX charges is shown in the app before you confirm an order. What you see here explains the fee categories. Exact amounts live in the product and are updated when they change.

Fee Schedule
| Transaction | How fee is shown |
|---|---|
| Sell USDT (USDT → INR) | Platform fee (if any) itemised on the sell order screen |
| USDT deposit | Network fee paid by sender on-chain; IndX deposit address shown in app |
| USDT withdrawal | Withdrawal fee (if any) + network cost shown in app |
| INR withdrawal | Any bank transfer charge shown before you confirm in app |
Numeric fee percentages and fixed amounts will be published here once confirmed by operations. Until then, rely on the figures shown in the IndX app at confirm time.
Network Fees
Network fees are paid to the blockchain, not as a hidden IndX markup beyond what the app discloses. Supported networks: TRC20 and BEP20. See supported networks.
Spread
The sell rate shown may include a spread around reference market prices. Compare platforms by the INR you receive after all deductions, not the headline rate alone.
Taxes Deducted (TDS)
Where Section 194S of the Income-tax Act applies, TDS may be deducted from the transfer value and deposited against your PAN. TDS is not an IndX platform marketing fee. GST may apply to IndX’s platform fee where required. Confirm tax treatment with a chartered accountant. IndX does not provide tax advice.
Worked Example: Selling USDT
Gross INR = USDT amount × sell rate. Then subtract any platform fee, applicable GST on the fee, and any TDS shown on the order screen. The app shows the net amount before you confirm.
